Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged or defective product.

• Any exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• A complete unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, is mandatory to verify the claim.

• Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for an exchange.

Size & Fit

• We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.

• Please refer to our Size Chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Exchange Approval

• Once your claim is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged or defective item, subject to product availability.

• If the same product is unavailable, SM Brand reserves the right to offer an alternative product or another suitable resolution.

Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Minor variations in color due to screen display settings.

• Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
